Manning looked like a completely different quarterback over the second half of last season, and now the supporting cast is even stronger.

This isn't just about upside anymore.

It's about stability.

If you're looking for the safest QB1 bet in College Fantasy, this is probably the name.

DANTE MOORE — OREGON

Fantasy Ecosystem Grade: A-

Few quarterbacks have access to this much explosive talent.

The Ducks may field one of the fastest receiver rooms in the country, capable of creating chunk plays every week.

The biggest question isn't Moore.

It's whether the offensive line consistently gives him time to attack downfield.

Fantasy Take

If the protection holds up, Moore has legitimate overall QB1 upside.

JULIAN SAYIN — OHIO STATE

Fantasy Ecosystem Grade: A

When your WR1 is Jeremiah Smith, fantasy life becomes easier.

Ohio State once again surrounds its quarterback with elite protection and arguably the best receiver in college football.

The supporting cast is championship caliber.

The only remaining question is whether Sayin fully develops into the player capable of maximizing everything around him.

Fantasy Take

One of the highest touchdown ceilings in the country.

LANORRIS SELLERS — SOUTH CAROLINA

Fantasy Ecosystem Grade: C+

Few quarterbacks possess Sellers' physical traits.

Unfortunately, the supporting cast tells a different story.

Receiver depth remains questionable.

The offensive line still has major concerns.

That means Sellers may be forced to create offense on his own far more often than the other elite quarterbacks in this class.

Massive fantasy upside.

Massive weekly volatility.

DREW MESTEMAKER — OKLAHOMA STATE

Fantasy Ecosystem Grade: B+

Continuity matters.

Mestemaker brings chemistry with trusted weapons into a new environment, giving him an immediate advantage during the transition.

The competition level increases dramatically, but the familiarity within the offense could shorten that adjustment period.

Fantasy Take

One of the best sleeper quarterbacks in College Fantasy drafts.

BYRUM BROWN — AUBURN

Fantasy Ecosystem Grade: B+

Very few quarterbacks enter a new program with this much built-in continuity.

Brown brings familiar teammates, coaches and offensive concepts with him, reducing the normal transfer learning curve.

That continuity alone gives him intriguing fantasy value.

Fantasy Take

A legitimate breakout candidate if the rebuilt offense develops quickly.

JOSH HOOVER — INDIANA

Fantasy Ecosystem Grade: B

Perhaps no quarterback upgraded his situation more this offseason.

Indiana offers better coaching, better surrounding talent and a much stronger overall offensive structure.

The opportunity is obvious.

Now Hoover simply has to reduce the mistakes that have followed him throughout his career.

Excellent value if you're willing to bet on improved efficiency.
