These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getinsidethelab.com and all related services, content, and products (collectively, the "Site"), operated by The Lab Fantasy LLC ("The Lab", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any additional terms that may apply. The Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of Content

All content on the Site, including rankings, LFX scores, articles, player notes, analysis, and data (collectively, "Content"), is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

Paid subscriptions and accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or allow others to access your account or paid Content. Violations will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

Intellectual Property

The Lab Fantasy LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and all Content, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, the LFX brand, rankings methodology, and all related materials.

No Content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from The Lab Fantasy LLC.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you prior to renewal. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for future periods, but you remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the cancellation date.

All subscription sales are final. Memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

It is your responsibility to track your subscription expiration date and cancel prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Disclaimers

The Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Content.

Fantasy sports involve inherent risk. The Lab Fantasy LLC is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from your use of the Site, rankings, analysis, or any other Content. You participate at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lab Fantasy LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or Content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or Content is to discontinue use.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Lab Fantasy LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or your subscription if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Site or other users.
