𦬠Buffalo Bills
- DJ Moore aggravated his shoulder injury and left in the second quarter. The injury was not considered long-term as of Monday. Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT projects a possible 1β2 week shutdown with a return after Buffalo's Week 7 bye, but that's medical interpretation rather than a confirmed timetable. (Adam Schefter; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- Keon Coleman looks like a major beneficiary if Moore misses time. Coleman climbed to a 95% route share and 33.3% targets-per-route rate after Moore exited. John Daigle's four-quarter sample without Moore has Coleman commanding a 30.4% target share, compared with 17.3% for Khalil Shakir and 13% apiece for James Cook, Josh Palmer and Dalton Kincaid. (John Daigle)
- Dalton Kincaid's route participation continues to be worth monitoring. Measured at either 49% or 56% after sitting around 67% through Weeks 1β3. There has been no reported injury setback, with load management floated only as a possible explanation. (JJ Zachariason; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
π¬ Miami Dolphins
- Caleb Douglas is day-to-day with an ankle injury, and Jeff Hafley has not ruled him out for Week 5. (Barry Jackson; Jeff Hafley)
- π Ollie Gordon appears to have the early advantage in Miami's post-Achane backfield. Gordon handled 69% of the opportunities and ran routes on 50% of dropbacks compared with 31%/15% for Jaylen Wright. Gordon ripped off runs of 53, 12 and 12 yards. (John Daigle)
- π Malik Washington quietly posted some monster efficiency: 90% route participation, 27.8% targets per route and 3.72 yards per route. Chris Bell ran 85% of routes but went catchless on three targets with a 20-yard aDOT.
π New England Patriots
- Mack Hollins exited with a calf injury and didn't return. Mike Vrabel was unsure whether Hollins would practice over the next few days and said New England would explore adding receiver help. (Phil Perry; Doug Kyed; Mike Vrabel)
- Rhamondre Stevenson still held the more valuable fantasy portions of New England's backfield despite a 53/47 opportunity split with TreVeyon Henderson. Stevenson led routes 60% to 29%, handled 71% of third downs and led two-minute work 47% to 20%.
- π Romeo Doubs could benefit if Hollins misses time. Doubs ran 69% of routes with a 27.6% targets-per-route rate that increased to 31% after Hollins exited.
βοΈ New York Jets
- Braelon Allen completely owned the backfield with Breece Hall inactive: 100% of RB opportunities, 72% route participation and all third-down and two-minute work. If Hall misses another game, Allen's workload puts him firmly on the fantasy radar.
- Isaiah Williams operated as the WR2 with Adonai Mitchell inactive, running 94% of routes and producing 4.29 yards per route. Garrett Wilson remained at 100%.
- Kenyon Sadiq ran 67% of routes but failed to catch any of his three targets. His ramp-up remains something to monitor.
π¦ββ¬ Baltimore Ravens
- π¨ Lamar Jackson underwent an MRI after leaving with an ankle injury and walking out in a protective boot. Ian Rapoport initially described Jackson as day-to-day, but Jesse Minter said Monday that his Week 5 chances remained unknown while Baltimore gathered additional information. Mueller projects a possible 1β2 week absence, but that's not a confirmed timeline. (Adam Schefter; Ian Rapoport; Jesse Minter via Jamison Hensley; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- Zay Flowers' production changed dramatically after Jackson left: 6/119 with Jackson compared with 2/-1 with Tyler Huntley in the captured split. That's a tiny sample but an important situation to watch if Huntley starts Week 5.
- Flowers continues to be moved everywhere in Baltimore's offense. Minter said Declan Doyle uses him at five different positions, including outside, slot, No. 3 and the backfield. (Jesse Minter; Sleeper)
π Cincinnati Bengals
- π¨ Ja'Marr Chase remains in concussion protocol, while Tee Higgins is day-to-day with an adductor injury. Chase exited after just 14 snaps. Mueller currently views Chase around 50/50 for Week 5 and Higgins on the doubtful side, but those are medical projections rather than official designations. (Zac Taylor via Ben Baby; Adam Schefter; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- Chase Brown's box score doesn't tell the entire story. Despite nine carries for nine yards, Brown handled 83% of RB opportunities, ran routes on 64% of dropbacks, handled 80% of two-minute work and caught all 11 of his targets.
- π Dohnte Meyers ran 93% of routes and becomes a name to monitor if Chase and/or Higgins miss Week 5 against Miami.
π€ Cleveland Browns
- Cleveland is NOT currently looking to trade Shedeur Sanders. The captured report says nothing is presently cooking on that front. (Daryl Ruiter)
- π Denzel Boston leads all rookies with 284 receiving yards and two touchdowns, averaging 21.8 yards per catch with 10 first downs. (Underdog)
π‘ Pittsburgh Steelers
- Rico Dowdle is progressing from his toe injury after a positive Friday workout. Mike McCarthy expects a Warren/Dowdle "one-two punch" when Dowdle returns while still wanting Jaylen Warren heavily involved. (Nick Farabaugh; Alex Kozora; Mike McCarthy)
- Warren played approximately 90% of Pittsburgh's total snaps and 97% of its RB snaps, depending on the denominator used. Brian Angelichio called that workload unsustainable, reinforcing that Warren should eventually receive more breathers. (Brian Batko; Nick Farabaugh; Brian Angelichio)
π Houston Texans
- π Tank Dell's return is getting closer. DeMeco Ryans expects Houston to open Dell's knee-related practice window this week. (Jonathan Alexander; DeMeco Ryans)
- David Montgomery and Woody Marks operated much more like a split than a takeover: Montgomery held 63% of opportunities and 51% of routes compared with 38%/40% for Marks. They shared inside-the-10 work, while Montgomery handled 71% of two-minute snaps.
- Nico Collins immediately returned to a full role with an 86% route share, 23.3% targets-per-route rate and 3.93 yards per route. No obvious route ramp here.
π Indianapolis Colts
- π Indianapolis is among the teams calling Arizona about Marvin Harrison Jr.'s availability. That's interestβnot confirmation Arizona will trade him or that a deal is close. (Adam Schefter on The Pat McAfee Show)
π Jacksonville Jaguars
- Travis Hunter's offensive involvement has fallen from 4 β 8 β 5 β 0 snaps while his defensive snaps have climbed 29 β 38 β 45 β 76. Jacksonville has not abandoned his offensive role; John Shipley reported injuries in the secondary contributed to the defense-only Week 4 deployment. (PFF via Underdog; John Shipley; Demetrius Harvey)
- π Bhayshul Tuten made a major move in the backfield: 76% of opportunities, 41% route participation and every inside-the-10 rush. A long touchdown was also erased by penalty. (Steven Ruiz/Next Gen Stats)
- Brian Thomas Jr. continues to be a concerning usage story despite scoring. He ran 70% of routes but drew targets on only 10.5% of them. Parker Washington ran 85% but has only four catches over the last two games.
βοΈ Tennessee Titans
- Tony Pollard still led the backfield with 76% of opportunities, but Tyjae Spears actually led route participation 50% to 31%, handled every two-minute snap and 80% of third downs. That's a meaningful receiving-role split to monitor.
- π Carnell Tate continues to command absurd usage: 92% of routes, a 36.4% targets-per-route rate and 4.39 yards per route. Denny Carter noted Tate has accounted for 53% of Tennessee's air yards since Week 2. (Denny Carter; Underdog)
- Wan'Dale Robinson's role decreased, while the Ayomanor/Ridley split reemerged. Robinson ran 69% of routes, Gunnar Helm 67%, Ayomanor 61% and Calvin Ridley 47%.
ποΈ Denver Broncos
- π¨ Pat Bryant suffered an ankle sprain and is expected to miss a few weeks. Ian Rapoport reported the MRI avoided the worst-case scenario. Mueller suspected a high-ankle mechanism, but that specific diagnosis wasn't confirmed. (Adam Schefter; Ian Rapoport; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- π Harvey dominated Denver's passing-down production: 50% of opportunities, 46% of routes and 10 catches on 10 targets. J.K. Dobbins had 38% of opportunities but only 18% of routes and no third-down or two-minute work.
- With Bryant out, Franklin's route participation jumped to 60%, although he wasn't targeted. That's a replacement role worth monitoring.
- Patrick Surtain's Achilles is intact and he avoided a season-ending injury. Jeremy Fowler reports an absence of roughly two weeks. (Tom Pelissero; Ian Rapoport; Jeremy Fowler)
πΉ Kansas City Chiefs
- Rashee Rice's hamstring injury is considered relatively minor. Andy Reid called it a hamstring tweak, and Ian Rapoport reported Rice could potentially return in Week 6 following Kansas City's bye. (Andy Reid via Matt Derrick; Ian Rapoport)
- π¨ Tyquan Thornton will undergo surgery after suffering a dislocated ankle. Rapoport reports a 12β16 week recovery, leaving open the possibility of a late-season/playoff return. Thornton had 111 yards and two touchdowns before the injury. (Ian Rapoport; Matt Zenitz)
- π The Tyreek Hill situation just became VERY interesting. Kansas City has contacted Hill's agent and reportedly had interest even before Sunday's receiver injuries. Adam Schefter and Drew Rosenhaus report Hill is negotiating with multiple teams and could sign somewhere within the next few days. (Mike Silver; Nate Taylor; Adam Schefter; Drew Rosenhaus)
- π₯ Kenneth Walker III controlled 92% of backfield opportunities and every inside-the-10 carry. Emmett Johnson handled 54% of third downs and remains the clear handcuff name to know. Walker has already rushed for 537 yards.
- With Rice and Thornton hurt, Xavier Worthy ran 85% of routes, Kelce 82%, Royals 64% and Noah Gray 55%. Worthy and Royals are obvious names to watch if Rice misses additional time.
β οΈ Las Vegas Raiders
- Ashton Jeanty says his ankle continues getting stronger and expects to be back to 100% soon. (Ryan McFadden; Mike Dixon)
- π¨ Jalen Nailor was ruled out with a concussion, and Klint Kubiak says Las Vegas is considering adding receiver help with Nailor and Jack Bech injured. (Levi Edwards; Klint Kubiak)
- Las Vegas used 11 personnel on only 4% of its 52 dropbacks. Brock Bowers ran routes on 94% of dropbacks and Michael Mayer 79%, with Mayer drawing targets on 22% of his routes. That's legitimate two-TE usage.
β‘ Los Angeles Chargers
- π¨ Ladd McConkey is now considered week-to-week with his foot injury. Mueller expects him to miss time and notes that the layoff could also allow his ribs to heal. (Jim Harbaugh via Alex Insdorf; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- Rashawn Slater's high-ankle sprain was confirmed by testing. Rapoport cited the typical 4β6 week recovery range, although that's not a team-confirmed return timetable. (Ian Rapoport; Kris Rhim)
- π The Chargers' backfield remains a true committee: Mitchell 46% of opportunities, Hampton 31% and Vidal 23%. Hampton received every inside-the-10 carry while Vidal handled all two-minute work. Harbaugh said all three are contributing and wouldn't predict future shares. (Jim Harbaugh via Alex Insdorf)
- π Tre Harris ran 91% of routes, while Gadsden's involvement increased after McConkey exited. Those are two replacement opportunities to monitor if Ladd misses Week 5.
β Dallas Cowboys
- π Tyler Smith's 21-day return-to-practice window has opened, potentially giving Dak Prescott some much-needed reinforcement up front. (Adam Schefter)
- Javonte Williams continues to own this backfield: 83% of opportunities, 54% route participation and every inside-the-10 and two-minute opportunity.
- π€― CeeDee Lamb's monster day came with equally ridiculous usage: 94% of routes, 20 targets, 17 catches for 188 yards and a 42.6% targets-per-route rate.
- George Pickens' production cratered, but his overall target share has barely movedβfrom 21% to 20%. He still ran 92% of routes Sunday, although he received only three targets. (John Daigle)
π½ New York Giants
- Malik Nabers aggravated his right shoulder but played through it. His Week 3 β Week 4 route participation jumped 77% β 91%, air yards 5 β 113 and PPR scoring 7.6 β 23.2. (Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT; JJ Zachariason)
- Cam Skattebo controlled 61% of RB opportunities and all two-minute work with Devin Singletary inactive. Najee Harris handled 29% of opportunities, while Tracy's role remained primarily passing-down work.
- π₯ Isaiah Likely ran routes on 88% of dropbacks and drew targets on an enormous 41.4% of those routes. That's a usage profile worth paying attention to if Jameis Winston remains under center.
- Braxton Berrios is headed to IR with a foot injury. (Adam Schefter)
π¦ Philadelphia Eagles
- Saquon Barkley's hamstring injury is not believed to be overly serious, but additional testing was planned. Nick Sirianni expects more clarity Wednesday, so Week 5 remains unresolved. (Ian Rapoport; Nick Sirianni via Zach Berman)
- π¨ Tank Bigsby is headed to IR for core-muscle surgery, with hopes he could return in roughly six weeks or sooner. (Ian Rapoport)
- π That immediately makes Will Shipley one of the more important waiver names to know. After Barkley exited, Bigsby/Shipley split opportunities 71/29, but Shipley led routes 50/33, handled all two-minute work and 73% of third downs. With Bigsby now sidelined, the depth chart has changed again.
- With DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert and Hollywood Brown inactive, Dontayvion Wicks ran 97% of routes, Darius Cooper 91% and Makai Lemon 84%. Lemon also played 70% of his snaps from the slot.
πͺ Washington Commanders
- π Washington's goal is for Jayden Daniels to practice fully this week and start Sunday against the Giants. (Dan Quinn via Zach Selby)
- Terry McLaurin's Wednesday participation remains uncertain as Washington continues evaluating his hamstring. (John Keim)
- Rachaad White is expected back at practice this week, while Marcus Mariota has an MCL sprain with no established recovery timeline. (Dan Quinn via Tashan Reed; Ben Standig; Jeremy Fowler)
- π¨ Jaylin Lane suffered a fractured/dislocated ankle and is likely done for the season. (Ian Rapoport)
π» Chicago Bears
- π¨ Caleb Williams remains week-to-week with a Grade 2 hamstring strain and will NOT practice this week. Tyson Bagent will start Week 5, and the two-QB system is out. (Ben Johnson via Courtney Cronin; Sean Hammond; Jeff Joniak; Kevin Fishbain; Ian Rapoport)
- Kyle Monangai is day-to-day with his thumb injury. Mueller initially raised the possibility of a fracture requiring pin surgery, but that was medical speculation and remains unconfirmed. (Courtney Cronin; Ben Johnson via Patrick Finley; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- π The Monangai/Swift usage after Swift's fumble was dramatic. From that point forward, Monangai handled 79% of opportunities, ran 73% of routes and received four of five inside-the-10 carries. Full-game shares were Monangai 59% and Swift 32%, although Swift retained 71% of two-minute work.
- Colston Loveland ran 72% of routes and drew targets on 34.6% of them, while Burden and Raymond continued rotating behind Rome Odunze. (Nathan Jahnke; Sleeper)

π§ Green Bay Packers
- π Green Bay's backfield changed multiple times Sunday. Chris Brooks opened as the lead back with 56% of opportunities and 63% of routes before leaving with an ankle injury. Kaleb Johnson and MarShawn Lloyd then split work roughly 50/50.

π£ Minnesota Vikings
- Aaron Jones dominated the backfield with 87% of opportunities and 63% of routes.
- π₯ T.J. Hockenson caught all 13 of his targets for 119 yards while running routes on 74% of dropbacks and drawing targets on 40.6% of them. Hockenson confirmed he intentionally went down at the one to end the game. (Will Ragatz)
- Christian Darrisaw is in concussion protocol, while Donovan Jackson needs meniscus surgery and will miss the remainder of the regular season. (Ian Rapoport; Kevin O'Connell)
π Atlanta Falcons
- Drake London continues to show a massive split depending on who's playing quarterback. He's averaging 7 catches, 104.3 yards and 0.6 TDs per game with Michael Penix starting compared with 4.5/55.4/0.27 without him. (Underdog)
πΎ Carolina Panthers
- π Tetairoa McMillan went NUCLEAR: 11 catches, 162 yards and two touchdowns in the captured progression. His expanded usage numbers were equally ridiculousβ91% routes, 39% targets per route and 4.68 yards per route. (Sleeper; Underdog)

- Trevor Etienne will come off IR following Carolina's bye. (Dave Canales via Joe Person)
βοΈ New Orleans Saints
- Jordyn Tyson continues progressing but remains weeks away. Week 7 is currently the earliest reported debut. Mueller believes Week 9 may be more realistic given overseas travel and the Week 8 bye, but that's his projection. (Adam Schefter; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
- Noah Fant was inactive with an abdomen injury. (Underdog)
- π Tyler Shough's first-half/second-half splits are wild: 32/53 for 278 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT in first halves versus 59/78 for 634 yards, 6 TDs and 2 INTs in second halves.

- Emeka Egbuka ran 94% of routes, with Chris Godwin at 92%, Cade Otton 86%, Tez Johnson 53% and Hurst 47%. The idea that Egbuka represents a buy before Baker Mayfield returns remains analyst interpretation. (Jacob Gibbs via Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)

π San Francisco 49ers
- Kyle Juszczyk's knee injury is now expected to cost him 2β3 weeks. An MRI confirmed a sprain/bone bruise after the initial hyperextension concern. (Adam Schefter; Ian Rapoport)
